WHAT IS ZONE THERAPY?

A Chiropractic Healing Method

Zone Therapy is a chiropractic healing method created by Dr. Thurman Fleet in 1931 that balances the brain and aligns the spine, allowing the body to facilitate its own restoration to optimal health.

Think of the body as an intricate electrical system with six unique "circuits." These circuits play a vital role in regulating and influencing various aspects of our well-being. When the body experiences mechanical, emotional, or nutritional stress, it can disrupt the normal function of one or more of these circuits resulting in symptoms in the body – from headaches and pain to indigestion, depression, insomnia, and more.

THE SIX "CIRCUITS"

That regulate & influence the body's systems:

  1. THE GLANDULAR SYSTEM

  2. THE ELIMINATIVE SYSTEM

  3. THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

  4. THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

  5. THE MUSCULAR SYSTEM

  6. THE CIRCULATORY SYSTEM
