FIRST VISIT
CONSULTATION
During your initial appointment with Dr. Williams, he will dedicate time to gather crucial information about your specific symptoms, health concerns, and comprehensive health history. This in-depth discussion aims to create a holistic understanding of your health status and concerns. Additionally, Dr. Williams will thoroughly explain the significance of the Integrated Urinalysis Panel (IUP).
SECOND VISIT
EXAM & REPORT OF FINDINGS
This visit serves as the follow-up appointment subsequent to receiving your lab results. During this session, Dr. Williams will review the results with you and perform a comprehensive examination to gather additional information necessary to commence treatment at Williams Chiropractic & Internal Health Center. Additionally, you will also undergo your initial adjustment during this visit.
